Hello! I'm Courtney. I'm a photographer living in Atlanta, GA, primarily focused on nature and landscapes, but at the end of the day, I'll take a picture of anything interesting.
Growing up, I was that friend that always had a camera with them and was always photographing everything and everyone. As with many things though, I dropped off taking photos as I got busier as a working adult, photography was something that dropped off. Then covid happened and my entire industry shut down. I found myself with a lot more time and wanting to get out and do the only things I could, get out in nature. And that made me want to take photos again. I got out my old dslr that was gathering dust and dove in. It's been great to get out with my husband and dogs and to really get serious taking photos out in nature. We've discovered a love of being outdoors and along the way I'm getting great images (and some not so great ones). With a new found focus, I've grown in my photography over the last 2 years in leaps and bounds. Plus I just love that there is always something new to learn or try. I'm always experimenting with new techniques or learning something new.
